You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will normally ship the products within 48hrs after receiving your order and normally reach your address in 7-12 business days. If you don't receive your package on time, please feel free to contact us at customercare@silkser.com and we will get back to you within 24hrs. We currently do not offer express shipping. If you require delivery within 3–5 days, this item may not be suitable for your needs.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. I packed this dress for a week-long vacation and wore it several times. It's lightweight, comfortable, and easy to dress up with jewelry for dinner or keep simple during the day. The silk feels wonderful in warm weather.
